Option 1 - Online Projects
The complete project, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing approval and production deployment is managed online. A statement of work defines the project scope and a fixed cost is agreed upon. Any changes (including additions or de-scoping) are managed via a change control process. Option 2 - Consulting Projects
Your project is executed using a service orientated methodology. Although online tools are still available as per option 1, a project team is formed that includes both you as the customer and us (AlaskaDev). Cost is usually billed based on agreed upon rates, which can include License fees, consulting hours, and any other billable time up to the agreed amount defined in the statement of work. This type of project can initially be more expensive but is recommended for larger enterprise solutions where greater depth and interaction is required.
This option is very cost-effective compared to other software development companies. A typical consulting rate from some of our competitors can range from $90 to $200 per hour, Whereas our typical rate starts at $50 per hour.
